By placing an order with Trix Glam Cosmetics through our online store at trix.mu, or by contacting us through WhatsApp to place an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not place an order.
Orders
- All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of payment
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or unavailable stock
- Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, it will be processed according to the selected delivery method

Payment
- We accept MCB Juice and Bank Transfer for orders placed through our store
- Cash on delivery is available only for Nulivrer Delivery and for Mahebourg pickup or local delivery
- Orders are processed only after payment has been received and confirmed
- For cash on delivery, please prepare the exact amount as drivers do not carry change

Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including postal delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or periods of high demand.

Returns & Hygiene
Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetics and beauty products, returns and exchanges are subject to specific conditions.
- Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order
- Only unused products in their original condition may be considered for return or exchange
- For health and safety reasons, cosmetics that have been used, tested, or sampled cannot be returned or exchanged
- Each request is reviewed individually. Approval depends on the product condition and the details shared with us

- Slight variations may occur due to screen settings, photography, lighting, natural lip tone, and skin tone
- Shade swatches are for guidance only and may not be an exact representation of the product on every skin tone
