By placing an order with Trix Glam Cosmetics, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

These terms apply to all purchases made through our online store at trix.mu and should be read together with our Delivery & Shipping and Returns & Exchanges policies.

Orders

All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of payment
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion
Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, it will be processed according to the selected delivery method

Payment

We accept MCB Juice and Bank Transfer for orders placed on our store
Cash on delivery is available only for Nulivrer home or office delivery and Mahebourg pickup or local delivery
Orders are processed only after payment has been received and confirmed
For cash on delivery, please prepare the exact amount as drivers do not carry change

Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including postal delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or periods of high demand.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetics, returns and exchanges are subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order
Opened or used products are generally not eligible unless an exception is approved at our discretion

We make every effort to display product colours, shades, and descriptions as accurately as possible
Slight variations may occur due to screen settings, photography, and lighting
Shade swatches are for guidance only and may not be an exact representation of the product

Hygiene Policy

For health and safety reasons, cosmetics and beauty products that have been opened, used, or had their seals broken cannot be returned or exchanged unless an exception is granted after review.
