Unopened Products

If your product is unopened and in its original condition, you may request a return or exchange.

Share clear photos showing the product is unopened and undamaged

Opened or Used Products

Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetics and beauty products, opened or used items are generally not eligible for return or exchange.

Exceptional cases may still be reviewed individually
Please send full details and supporting photos if you believe there is an issue

Non Returnable Items

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with, unless a valid exception applies
Items reported after the 3 day return window
Items without proof of purchase
