In short: unused products in their original condition can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, used or tested cosmetics cannot be returned. Each request is reviewed individually.

Please submit your return or exchange request within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests sent after this period cannot be accepted.

Eligible

Unused Products in Original Condition

If your product has not been used or tested, and is in its original box and packaging, you may request a return or exchange.

  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
  • Share clear photos showing the product is unused and undamaged
  • Our team will review and confirm the next step if approved
Not Eligible

Used or Tested Products

For hygiene reasons, cosmetics that have been used, tested, or sampled cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes:

  • Lipsticks that have been applied, swatched, or wound up from the tube
  • Eyeshadow, blush, foundation that has been used, swatched, or sampled
  • Mascara, eyeliner or lip gloss with the brush or applicator removed
  • Skincare with broken safety seals or activated pumps

Non Returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tested in any way
  • Items requested for return after the 3 day window
  • Items without proof of purchase
  • Sale or promotional items, unless otherwise stated

If approved, we will guide you through the return or exchange process. If declined, we will explain the reason clearly.
