Pre-orders let you reserve an item that is not currently in stock, brought in especially for you. Please read these terms before you message us.
Our Pre-order Terms
Clear rules so you know exactly what to expect before you reserve an item.
Open to Everyone
Pre-orders are open to all clients, new and returning. We confirm every pre-order with you on WhatsApp before you pay your deposit.
Deposit and Payment
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your item.
- Deposits are accepted by MCB Juice or bank transfer only
- Cash is not accepted for pre-order deposits
- Your pre-order is confirmed once we receive the deposit
- The remaining 50% is due before your item is dispatched or handed over
Delivery Time
Delivery is estimated at 2 to 3 weeks from the day your deposit is confirmed. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Supplier and shipping delays, or public holidays, can occasionally add time, and we will tell you on WhatsApp if anything changes.

Deposit Refund
If your pre-ordered item has not been delivered 3 weeks after your deposit was confirmed, you are entitled to a refund of your deposit. Just message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange it.

Use the Pre-order button on the product page. Your message already includes the product link.
We confirm the details
We confirm the product, shade, total price and deposit amount with you.
Pay the 50% deposit
Pay by Juice or bank transfer. Your pre-order is confirmed once we receive it, and we order your item.
Pay the balance and receive
Pay the remaining 50% once your item has arrived, before it is delivered or collected.
Please Note
Please pre-order only if you are willing to wait 2 to 3 weeks. If you need your product sooner, please choose one of our in-stock items instead.
